OBITUARIES AND FUNERALS
MR E H NEIGHBOUR
Mr Edward Henry Neighbour who died in the Launceston General Hospital at the age of 88 years, lived on the St Johnstone Estate on the Macquarie River for about 40 years.
He left Campbell Town about 18 years ago to reside in Launceston. He is survived by two sons and six daughters.
The funeral took place at Campbell Town in the Church of England Cemetery. The services at the church and graveside were conducted by the Rev L E Dando. Chief mourners were his two sons, Messrs William and Thomas Neighbour, and six daughters - Mesdames Terry, Sparks, Brodribb, Moore, Rodgers and Miss Lucy Neighbour.
Funeral arrangements were by Armitage and Armitage, Launceston, in conjunction with Lockett and Sons, Campbell Town.
