Survived by wife Stella(Cieply); Son, Randy(Evelyn Jepson), Daughter, Karen(Mike Gryschuk), brother, Frederick and Betty Timms, sister, Mary Lou and the late Jack Quinn, brother-in-law, Mike Cieply, sisters-in-law, Jessie Butters, the late Charles Butters, Grace(William Brown), Patricia(Bill Cummings), 3 grandson, Michael Jordan, Brandon William, the late Stephanie Lynne, and Dylan Derrick Gryschuk. And many neices and nephews, and their children. Also his many neighbours and friends on Bluestone Street, Woodbridge, Ontario where he lived, and on Stavely Crescent, Rexdale, Ontario, where his first residence still exists. He was known as 'Little Gord'...when he was young.

He worked for CPR for 42 years, and retired from same.

In 1955, he married Stephanie Stella Cieply, and in 2005 celebrated his 50th Wedding Anniversary at the place he asked Stella to marry him, The Old Mill, Toronto. He enjoyed the birth of his son and daughter, and their lives on-going. Enjoyed early retirement, going to the Woodbine Race Track with his brother-in-law Mike Cieply every Friday night, the birth of his 3 grandsons, and his scratch bingo cards. He will be missed by many, but loved always.

His Journey's Just Begun

Don't think of him as gone away --

his journey's just begun;

life holds so many facets --

this earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting from

the sorrows and the tears

in a place of warmth & comfort,

where there are no days and years.

Think of how he must be wishing that

we could know today, how nothing

but our sadness can really pass away.

And think of him as living in the

hearts of those he touched --

for nothing loved is ever lost --

and he was loved so much.

Also he was born on Fat Tuesday.
