Keith Grinstead
Keith Grinstead, 82, of Whittier, Calif., formerly of New London, died Saturday, June 30, 2007, at his home.

Born March 15, 1925, near Fairfield, he was the son of Kent and Alice Yaley Grinstead. On Dec. 1, 1951, he married Alice Septer in Winfield.

Mr. Grinstead was owner-operator of PanCoVesta Cleaners in New London for 32 years. He began as an employee there. After relocating to Los Angeles in 1977, he worked for Sabina Electric in Anaheim, Calif., as an electrician. He served in the Navy during World War II in the Pacific Theater. He graduated from New London in 1943.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Greg Grinstead of Palmdale, Calif., and Dennis Grinstead of Fairfax, Va.; two daughters, Jeanine Lee of Whittier and Jaleene Ioimo of Chino Hills, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Leona Laub, of Elkhart, Ind.; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

The funeral for Mr. Grinstead was July 9 at Griffin Funeral Home, Chino, Calif. Interment was in the Riverside, Calif., National Military Cemetery
