Our dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and brother died at his home in Holladay, Utah on Monday, June 18, 2007. He will be greatly missed by his family. David loved taking road trips with his wife Dianne. They enjoyed exploring historic sites and discovering new restaurants. David always said his greatest accomplishment was that his four children grew up to be free thinkers. One of their fondest memories is of David reading them stories, which inspired a life-long love of reading. We hope you are at peace in the Grey Havens.
He is survived by his wife Dianne; children Christopher (Mie), Brook (Shane), Ellen (Brian), and Jane; grandchildren Cameron and Madelyn; and sister Kathie.
Upon David's request, there will be no services.
