Bruce David Alexander, of Forked River, passed away peacefully at his home on June 24th, 2018. Born in Ames, Iowa on September 9, 1960, Bruce moved to Manalapan in 1968 and has lived in Forked River for the last 15 years. Bruce worked as an Outside Sales Consultant in the HVAC field for 30 years and he was honored in 2010 for Outstanding and Significant Contributions.

Bruce enjoyed practicing martial arts, becoming a black belt in multiple disciplines. He was known by friends and family for his loyalty, honesty, compassion, and as someone who never met a stranger only a friend.

Bruce's greatest joy was his family. He is pre-deceased by his beloved first wife, Michele Healey-Alexander, and his father, Al Alexander. He is survived by his adoring wife, Sarah, and his loving son, Jeremiah; his mother Ellie; brother Bob & his wife Paula; sisters Marie & her husband Larry; Judi & her partner Paul; Kathy, and Sue; as well as many nieces and nephews whom he adored.
