Mrs. Angela Robinson Padgett, of Jasper, FL. passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. following an extended illness.
Angie was born in Valdosta, GA on August 22, 1952 to the late Kirby and Gussie Amerson Robinson. She lived in Hamilton County all of her and was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Angie worked with the Hamilton County Clerks Office Traffic Division for over 20 years and retired when her health began to fail. Some women want diamonds and pearls but Angie enjoyed the finer things in life like fishing, hunting and working in her yard. She loved her family as any mother should, but if you were silly enough mess with any of the three of her sons, you would find out just how deep that love went.
Survivors include her husband and helpmate, Robert Padgett; her three sons, Robert Padgett, Jr., Randall “Levi” Padgett and Richard Padgett and his wife Chasity; her four sisters, Myrtle Smith, Jan Hunter, Janice Hunter and Brenda Thompson; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Prospect Primitive Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening November 29, 2019 at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home between the hours of 5:00-7:00 p.m.
