Roger Dale Ashcraft, age 32, of Taylorsville, MS., passed away Sunday June 23, 2002. He was an electrician, a big brother to all and a loving husband, father, son, brother and grandson.


He is survived by his wife, Debbie; his mother, Wanda; two sons, Scooter and Bronco; a daughter, Amanda all of Taylorsville; a sister Penny of Gulfport; and a brother Richard of Taylorsville.


Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at First United Pentecostal Church of Taylorsville. Burial will follow in Clear Creek Cemetery. Bro. Donald Partridge will officiate.

Roger Ashcraft was raised by his grandparents Lavon T. Sherman and Mary (Rikard) Sherman. He was preceded in death by his half brother Eric L. Sherman (ID # 23766226) who was the son of Wanda Sherman and adopted by Lavon and Mary Sherman. Roger is also survived by his uncle Richard "Dickey" Sherman (ID # 205562329) of Arlington, Tx.
