Agnes Fay Beard, 91-year-old resident of Knob Noster, Missouri died December 31, 2019.

She was born at home, February 6, 1928 near Leeton, Missouri.

She is survived by four sons: Andrew Beard and wife Jude of Highland, Utah; Nelson Beard and wife Terri of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; Fred Beard and wife Diane of Knob Noster, Missouri; David Beard and wife Jennifer of Eldon, Missouri; 17 grandchildren; and 39+ great-grandchildren.

Agnes was preceded in death by her husband Ervin Beard, her parents George and Leona Fockler, and all eight of her siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Warrensburg. Interment will follow in Warrensburg Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3 at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home, and then on Saturday from 12-12:45 p.m. at the church before service time.

Memorial Contributions are suggested to either the Show me Christian Youth home of La Monte, or The Childrens Miracle Network and can be left in care of the funeral home.
