Condida 'Connie' Bretto, 88, lifelong Hibbing resident died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at her home. She was born in Hibbing to Antonio and Lucille (Panier) Catani on May 21, 1918.
Connie was a member of the Italian American Club, H. A. Club and the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Dick Bretto; daughters: Judy Zaitz (Tony), Mary Bretto Prusak (Mike), Rochelle Gorshe (Tom); brothers: Ray (Carol) Catani, and John (Sadie) Catoni; brother in law, Joe Bretto; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Angelo Bretto on March 14, 1998.
