Larry Allen Amtower, 58, of Mount Storm passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at his residence. Born on November 5, 1960 in Keyser, he is the son of Delores R. (Paugh) Amtower and the late Lake A. Amtower. Larry was known to have a big heart and was very helpful. He enjoyed tinkering in his garage, repairing bicycles to give away and working on small engines for his friends and family. He had a quiet and genuine spirit. He will be missed greatly by those who know him well. Larry is survived by his mother, Delores R. Amtower of Mount Storm, a sister, Geraldine Amtower of Keyser; a brother, Galen Amtower and wife Sherri of Keyser; a nephew, Dominic Amtower; a niece, Carla Amtower; great nephews, Gaven and Austin; numerous relatives; and special friend, Anna Jean and her children. In addition to his father, Larry was preceded in death by a half-brother, Dennis Robinson. Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N 2nd St., Oakland on Saturday, March 30 from 11-2 PM at which time a funeral service will be held. Interment will follow in Deer Park Cemetery.
