Mr. Gober, 70, of Third Street NW, died Friday in a Marietta hospital. He was a native of Haralson County and was a member of the Church of God.
Surviving are the widow, the former Bessie Tibbets; sons H. E.Gober of Douglasville, J. W. of Marietta, J. T. Gober of Atlanta; sister, Mrs Leda Brannon of Atlanta; brother, Jim Gober of Douglasville; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. -Atlanta Constitution 8 Sept 1968
