Daughter of Benjamin Franklin Turlington and Georgie Ann Seburn. Married Ernest Alvin Smith 18 Sep 1905 in Warwick Co. (now Newport News), Va. After his death, she married widower Antonio "Tony" Eversich 21 Jan 1937 in Newport News, Va.

Mrs. T. A. Eversich Succumbs Suddenly After Heart Attack


Mrs. Susie A. Eversich, wife of T. A. Eversich, 317 Thirty-seventh street, died suddenly at 4:50 yesterday afternoon in Riverside Hospital. Mrs. Eversich suffered a heart attack about 4:30 while riding with her family in an automobile. She was taken to the hospital, where she succumbed about 20 minutes after arrival.


A native of Warwick County, she was a lifelong resident of Peninsula Virginia. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Charles Drummond and Mrs. Joseph H. Deal, Newport News; one son, John A. Smith, Morrison; two brothers, B. F. And J. A. Turlington, Newport News; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.


Funeral service will be announced later.
