James Edgar Bostic, 46, of Union, passed away July 14, 1949. Born in Union on July 27, 1902, he was the son of James Hearford and Josephine Canterbury Bostick. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Agnes Elizabeth; and a sister, Anna Dennis White. He is survived by his wife, Dollie Canterbury Bostic; sons, Edgar Hereford and George Bostic; daughters, Rosa and Mildred Dowdy; and a sister, Rose Hall.
