Viola Amorita Culver Tuttle died at the age of 94 on April 9 [, 1991] in Provo, Utah, at the home of her daughter, Margaret Tuttle Sanchez. Mrs. Tuttle was born in Washington, D.C. at McIntire Hospital, at Great Lakes Naval Hospital. She is survived by her three children, Margaret, Philip Culver Tuttle of Los Altos, Cal., and Alice Tuttle Swim, of Lexington, Ky.; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a niece. She was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
