Mandy Marie Haggard Hoskins – age 34, of Strawberry Plains passed away due to complications from pregnancy with her unborn daughter Adley Jane on Friday, January 10, 2020. Mandy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend to all that knew her. She attended Holston Baptist Church and worked for Tennova as a Respiratory Therapist. Mandy loved many things in life and devoted her life to the Lord as she followed his example by helping and caring for others.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty Griffin Hardin, Troy Hardin, Mildred Kinkead, and James Haggard; uncle, Robie Hardin; and mother-in-law, Lisa Hoskins.
Mandy is survived by her loving husband Brent Hoskins; daughter, Avery Marie Hoskins; her loving and devoted parents, Jimmy and Nancy Haggard; father-in-law, Chuck Hoskins (Elaine Wilson); sister-in-law, Sarah (Justin) Pickett; nephew, Ryder Pickett; and special friend, Brittany Branch. Mandy is also survived by a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 4:00PM – 7:00PM at Holston Baptist Church, 1012 Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871, with a funeral service to follow at 7:00PM officiated by Pastor Toby Downey. Family and friends will meet at Pleasant Hill UMC Cemetery, 8807 Pleasant Hill Rd, Knoxville, TN 37924, on Thursday at 10:45AM for a 11:00AM interment.
