Beloved father of Nicolette Lisella of Allendale, NJ, Camille Preuss of Glen Rock, NJ, Francis Abate of Steamboat Springs, CO and Jeanne Allen of Bethesda, MD. Fourteen grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. His sister Tina Peterson of Manhasett, NY and brother Jospeh Abate of Ridgewood, NJ. A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, March 16th at 10 AM at Guardian Angel Roman Catholic Church in Allendale. Visitation Saturday, March 14th from 7-9 PM and Sunday, March 15th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the C.C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home, Ridgewood. Entombment Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY.
