Marlys G. Bartholomew, affectionately known as “Bobbi”, 89, passed away peacefully, March 8, 2018, peacefully in her home.

She was born February 27, 1929 in Kansas City, Mo.

Bobbi lived the majority of her life in service to the Lord through Christ Lutheran Church.

Her philanthropic contributions include feeding the hungry, providing clothing and necessities for the homeless, supporting our troops, assisting with education for children, and offering aid to families of children fighting cancer, among others.

Bobbi’s pastor affectionately referred to her as the Billy Graham of Las Vegas.

Bobbi was widowed in 2016 by her husband, Eugene, and is survived by her son Leon Vermillion, daughter Linda Nagel (Kenny), and daughter Terri Vermillion, in addition to dozens of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
