The funeral of Mrs. Thos. W. Healy was held at 2:30 o'clock yesterday from the San Augustine cathedral. As the casket was borne to its final resting place accompanied by dozens of beautiful floral tributes from life long friends of the young mother, the sadness of the occasion accented by the dreary day, caused more than one pair of eyes to shed tears of sorrow, as the living looked their last upon the dead. Those of the family present included Mrs. F. H, Goodwin, Mrs. B J. Hall, Mrs. Henry Meyer, Charles Goodwin and Leandro Goodwin, the last two of Yuma. The pall bearers were J. J. Haskin, H. Drachman, Chas. Padelford, E. R. Felix, Ramon Brena and Eduardo Santa Ortiz. The burial took place in the A. O. V. W. cemetery. Transcription by Mary Cummins.
