Following brief rites at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Streeper funeral home, the body of George Wesley Dunbar of 3645 Berkeley avenue, who died last Saturday, was taken in Jersey county for burial rites at 1 p.m. in the Rosedale Methodist Church and burial in the Rosedale cemetery.

The Rev. L. B. Walkington, pastor of First Methodist Church, East Alton, and the Rev. Howard Miller, pastor of Brown Street Baptist Church, read the rites.

Mrs. Stanley Jouett and Mrs. Ralph Scheffel, with Mrs. Madeline Annelie as accompanist, sang two hymns. Pallbearers were Homer, Charles and Robert Tungell, John Larch, David Stone, and Oren Dooley.
