He was born Oct. 3, 1894, in Chelsea, to Thomas O. and Bessie (Vaught) Arnall. He lived all his life in Butler County. On Dec. 24, 1922, he and Mary E. Pippig were married in El Dorado. She preceded him in death Nov. 7, 1986.
He was a retired farmer and stockman and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He served four terms as a County Commissioner from 1948 until 1963.
Survivors include son, Gene; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.
