Mrs. Flora Jane Branham, 80, of Nutwood, died Sunday at 1:50 a.m. in Jersey Community Hospital. She was the widow of Leonard "Len" Branham. The former Flora Jane Britton, she was born Jan. 26, 1885.
Survivors are a son, Robert of Nutwood; four daughters, Mrs. Effie Preston, of Bowling Green Mo., Mrs. Nellie Pruitt, of Louisiana, Mo., Miss Elender Branham, of Nutwood, and Mrs. Albert Ramsey, of Stanton, Tex.; two brothers, Wesley Britton, Potosi, Mo. and John Britton, of St. Louis. There are two grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was after 2 p.m. Monday, May 3, at Jacoby Funeral Home in Jerseyville. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 4, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial was in Rosedale Cemetery.
