Allen Co., OH, age: 18, occupation: Farmer Springfield, Ohio, Eyes: Blue, Hair: Red, complexion: Sandy, Height: 5' 6". Harvey was a Union soldier during the Civil War having enlisted at Columbus, Ohio, on 20 February 1864, in Company F, 8th Ohio Volunteer Cavalry. He was discharged at Clarksburg, West Virginia, on 30 July 1865.
