Visitation on Wednesday, September 3 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 2800 Pennsylvania Ave S.E., Washington, DC. Mass at 11 a.m. Msgr. Raymond East, Celebrant. Interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SMA Fathers Liberian Relief, 23 Bliss Ave., Tenafly, NJ 07670.
