She married Frank Lewis Borland on 19 Jan 1882 in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. They moved several times during their marriage and finally settled in Charleston, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. Caddie died from Bright's Disease on 25 Sep 1921 in a hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. Her obituary stated she was buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi. Her son and husband are buried in Hollywood Cemetery in Garland County, Arkansas.
