Obituary - Durant Daily Democrat; Friday, Mar. 4, 1960. "Henrietta Killian Taken By Death - Mrs. Henrietta Muriel Killian, 63, longtime Bryan County resident, died in a local hospital early today. Funeral services will be held at the Bible Baptist church Sunday at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Morgan officiating, and burial, under direction of Murray Funeral home, will be in the Pleasant Hill cemetery. Pallbearers will be J. T. Currin, George Nox, E. R. Dees, Bill Dispain, Vivian Jones and Ruel Killian. Mrs. Killian was born in Bryan County March 17, 1896 and had spent most of her life in Bryan county, four years at 418 E. Elm. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Frank; a son, Ovie J. Stewart, in Texas; one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Gurb, Los Angeles; a brother, C. B. Stewart, Fort Worth; four sisters, Mrs. Vivian Jones, Fort Worth; Mrs. E.R. Dees, Durant; and Mrs. Harry Cure, Ringgold, Okla; and Mrs. Lena Johnson, Norman; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
