NORFOLK--Meredith Alex Craven, 57, son of the late Andrew J. and Millie Worley Craven, died in his home, Cheatham Annex, Friday at 3:30 p.m.
He is survived by two sons, William Lee Craven and Andrew Thomas Craven of Norfolk; five brothers, Henry M. Craven of Cheatham Annex, James G. Craven of Clearwater, Fla., Frank L. Craven of Largo, Fla., Albert C. Craven of Birmingham and A.C. Craven of Memphis, Tenn.
Mr. Craven, a native of Spruce Pine, Ala., lived in this area 20 years. He was a member of Williamsburg Loyal Order of Moose. The body was taken to Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home.
