John Ronald “Ronnie” Alexander, age 55 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Fayetteville on March 24, 1964. Ronnie was employed by Franklin County Lumber and also helped his mother at Alexander’s Book Store. He was a member of Belvidere Baptist and attended Oak Lawn Baptist Church. Ronnie enjoyed fishing, was a wonderful cook, and had a green thumb, especially in his vegetable garden. His family will remember his kind and loving nature. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, John Wayne Alexander; grandparents, C.B. and Rosa Rigsby; and uncle, Clifton Rigsby Jr. He is survived by his mother, Betty Alexander of Winchester; daughter, Lexie Alexander of Decherd; brother, Jimmy Rigsby of Decherd; uncle, Billy Rigsby of Franklin; and aunt, Marie Ashley of Cowan. Visitation will be from 11:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev.
