Jerry Foster Huffman, age 74, Harrodsburg, husband of Clara Frankie Clark Huffman, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Ephraim McDowell Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg. Born July 14, 1945 in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late William Foster and Virginia M. (Shewmaker) Huffman. He was a graduate of Harrodsburg High School, attended Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, was a co-owner of the Mercer Mobile Home Park, a US Navy Veteran during the Vietnam War, a member of the VFW, American Legion, the Joyful Men of Fellowship, the Shady River Boys, enjoyed fishing and singing, was an avid UK fan, enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jerry was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.

Survivors other than his wife include: one son Scooter (Jessica) Huffman of Harrodsburg; two daughters Dee Dee "Tim" Helmers of Danville and Jeri Shannon (Branden "Stretch" Owen) Huffman of Lawrenceburg, two sisters Brenda Stanley of Harrodsburg and Lorrie Huffman Rhodes of Frankfort; nine grandchildren Brittley (Randy) Marie Shewmaker, Halle Helmers, Hunter Hanks, Hannah Helmers, Hailey Rhodes, Hope Helmers, Holly Helmers, Hank Helmers and Cadence Huffman; three great grandchildren Logan Shewmaker, Molly Shewmaker and Megan Shewmaker and two aunts Dorothy Scrogham of Harrodsburg and Sue Shewmaker of Florida. Also surviving several nieces and nephews and numerous friends in the community.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Fellowship Baptist Church by Bro. Lynn Releford. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Harrodsburg with full military rites
