She is preceded in death by her father, Jirm Alvin Gregory; her mother, Margie Ella (Edwards) Gregory; brother, Rex Kenneth Gregory; and brother, Larry Thomas Gregory.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Arthur Robert Abernathy of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter, Pamela A. Miller of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Tamara A. Simms and Danny Simms of Wilmot, Arkansas; sister and brother-in-law, Cheral and Junior Munn of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother, Jerry D. Gregory of Lake Village, Arkansas; granddaughter and her fiance, Angela Simmons (Omar) of Margate, Florida; grandson and his wife, Jason and Shanna Simmons of Anchorage, Alaska; granddaughter and her husband, Laurie and Charlie Ellis of Anchorage, Alaska; and great grandchild, Kayla Pardon of Anchorage, Alaska.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a future date.
