Bruce Stone, 82, died Saturday at Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation in Fort Wayne. Born near Greenwood, Mississippi, he was the owner and operator for Stone Electric. He was a WWII Army Air Corps veteran and a member of Sol D. Baless Lodge #359 F & AM, Scottish Rite, Mizpah Shrine, and Eastern Star #432. Survivors include his wife Ruth of Fort Wayne; two sons Bruce Jr. of Louisville, Mississippi and Michael of Fort Wayne; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren. Services 11 a.m. Wednesday at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. DuPont Road. Calling 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment in Highland Park Cemetery.
