"Alice will be remembered forever with love and deep gratitude in the hearts of those blessed to know her. She was a gracious lady - she believed in carrying on tradition. She went to church faithfully every Sunday - and I remember she would keep four leaf clover she found in her Bible among her favorite passages. She loved to garden (she grew amazing tall sunflowers and delicious sweet grapes among many fruits and vegetables in her vast gardens). She always wore dresses even when she worked in the gardens. She loved animals especially her German Shepard dog named Bootsy."
(Nicole Marie (formerly Nicole Drumheller Gargus) - a great granddaughter of Alice)

"She quilted with a women's quilting auxillary at church and donated the quilts to the church for sale to raise money. She and John faithfully visited all their children and grandchildren. She and John always made sure there was a family reunion once per year. She ALWAYS went to church. She made the best raspberry pie. And the best
biscuits."
(Tori Dennis - a great granddaughter of Alice)
