She was predeceased by her parents, Dr Anson Herbert Kendall MD and Marion Agnes MacDonald Kendall (1905-1946); and two infants, Suzanne Irene Duncan and James Kendall Duncan. She was survived by her husband of 63 years; three sons and their spouses; two daughters and their spouses; 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a cousin.
