Sylvia Marie Parton, age 77 of Sevierville passed away Saturday evening at her home February 29, 2020. She was born in Burton Ohio on November 30, 1942.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, J.R. Parton; parents, Robert and Alberta (Warner) Sherman; brothers and sister-in-law, Gene Sherman; John (Jack) and Jackie Sherman.
Sylvia is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Louise and Ralph Kumber; sister-in-law, Pat Sherman; daughter, Ellen Bryant; sons, J.R. Parton, Stanley Parton; grandchildren, Travis Parton, Glen Parton, Michael Parton, Trevor and Amanda Parton, Amanda and Kevin Rogers, Stephanie Parton, Mckinley Parton, Jayson and Amanda Parton, Aly Parton; 13 Great grandchildren and 1 Great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 5-8PM Friday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Funeral service will be 11AM Saturday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
