SHIRLEY, Ind., June 15 - John Brumfield, age 78, died at the home of his son, Thad Brumfield, at Grant City Saturday night about 12 o'clock, of paralysis. He had been sick for some time at the home of his brother, near Markleville, and was taken to Grant City last week.
He is survived by one daughter, five sons and two brothers.
The funeral at Collier's church, near Markleville, today at 10 a.m. Interment at same place.
