Mrs. Emily E. Bruner, 49, of 6630 Frith Road, St. Clair Township, former resident of Detroit, died Sunday in Mercy Hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Bruner was born November 28,1908 in Detroit.
She was a member of the Christian Missionary and Alliance Church.
Mrs. Bruner is survived by her husband, Ralph Bruner, a son, James Wesley Bruner; three daughters, Mrs. Elvin C. Myers, Altoona, Penn., Mrs. Ronald W.Davis, El Paso, Texas, and Miss Edith J. Bruner; a granddaughter, Miss Jeanette Myers; two sisters, Mrs. Myles Shurtliff, Ottawa, Ont.; Mrs. Robert J. Kelly, Seymour, Ind., and several nieces and nephews.
The remain are in the Arthur Smith funeral home from where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Rev. Kenneth Johnson, pastor of the Christian Missionary and Alliance Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Detroit
