BLOOMFIELD – Otis Bailey, 88, of Knoxville, a former Davis County resident, died Saturday.
Survivors include two sons, Bill of Bloomfield and Elmer of Knoxville, and two daughters, Dorothy Penrod of Kenosha, Wis., and Mary Tomlin of Macon, Mo.
The service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Bybee-Davis Funeral Home in Knoxville, with burial in the Drakesville Cemetery.
