Peggy June Craig, 80, of Glen Morgan passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, with her loving daughter, Kelly Craig, by her side. Peggy was born in Glen Fork, WV on June 10, 1939 and throughout her life, she lived in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia and Florida before coming back to WV. She was many things during her life... a daughter, a sister, a wife, a hairdresser, a cook, a receptionist...but most important of all, a mother.

Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Fleming Strachan, and stepfather, James Strachan, as well as her father, Bernard McGraw. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded  in death by her sister, Janice Arlene McGraw; her step-sister, Carol Sue England and her step-brother Murriel (Frank) Matics. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kelly Craig; her son, Mark Craig; her brother Ed McGraw; her sister Ginger Ford and her best friend of nearly 50 years, Alice Smith.

It was Peggy's final wish to be cremated. A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Peggy's name to Alzheimer's Association  P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090 or at Alz.org
