Dennis William Dunivan passed away at home on September 6, 2018 at the age of 73. He was born on June 19, 1945, in Oakland, California and lived in the Bay Area until he moved to Stockton 14 years ago. Dennis worked at Washington Hospital in Fremont, Ca. for 27 years and retired in 2008. He also served 6 years in the Army National Guard.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Andy and Ruth Dunivan and a brother Dale Dunivan. He is survived by his loving wife, Caryl Dunivan; daughter Deanna Gastelum of Arizona; grandchildren, Kirsten and Elizabeth Gastelum; and a brother, Ronald Dunivan of Stockton, Ca. He is also survived by 2 stepchildren, Scott Steward and Steven Steward of Stockton, Ca.; 13 step grandchildren; and 5 step great grandchildren.
A graveside prayer service will be held at Burwood Cemetery in Escalon, Ca. on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10 am.
