Buried with the Foley family is an little baby boy named Philip Fitzgerald, 5 mo's old, son of John Fitzgerald and Mary Lyons married in 1888, ward 39, all three born in Philadelphia, lived at 822 Dudley St.. Phillip died April 16, 1902 and buried April 19, 1902. Fitzgerald family were to poor for a burial plot. The Foley family let the Fitzgerald child be buried in the McGady-Foley Family plot.

I also found out that Thomas J. Foley lived at 718 Dudley St. and must have been a friend or family to the Fitzgerald's.

Written by Robert McGady: According to Robert's mother, Kathleen McGady, Philip Fitzgerald was probably a youngster who may or may not be related to the Foley family. Kathleen McGady was right about this. The Foley's or Mary Agnes Kennedy / Foley, maybe be a cousin to John Fitzgerald and Mary (nee: Lyon's, and married 1888) but I couldn't find anything on them to be relations of the Foley family.

Philip Fitzgerald, son of John and Mary Fitzgerald (ward 39) born in Philadelphia at 822 Dudley St. 5 mo's old died of meningitis. Thomas Foley lived at 718 Dudley St. I also believe Mary Fitzgerald is Mary Lyons from St. Vincent's church in Germantown that Foley's belonged to.
