Written by Robert McGady: According to Robert's mother, Kathleen McGady, Philip Fitzgerald was probably a youngster who may or may not be related to the Foley family. Kathleen McGady was right about this. The Foley's or Mary Agnes Kennedy / Foley, maybe be a cousin to John Fitzgerald and Mary (nee: Lyon's, and married 1888) but I couldn't find anything on them to be relations of the Foley family.

Philip Fitzgerald, son of John and Mary Fitzgerald (ward 39) born in Philadelphia at 822 Dudley St. 5 mo's old died of meningitis. Thomas Foley lived at 718 Dudley St. I also believe Mary Fitzgerald is Mary Lyons from St. Vincent's church in Germantown that Foley's belonged to.
