She is also survived by a sister, Jane Yeatts Seay of Newport News, Virignia and a brother, Lloyd Yeatts, of Hampton, Virginia.

CALIFORNIA -- Velira Becker , 87, of Westminister, Calif., passed away
peacefully in her sleep on Jan. 5, 1994 following a brief illness.

She was born in Rice, Va., and spent most of her adult life in the Akron
area. She retired after 22 years of employment with Akron Children's Hospital,
and shortly thereafter, she and her husband retired to California. She led a
very full, rich life, and will be forever missed by all who loved her.

Mrs. Becker was preceded in death by her husband, Louis, and son, Louis T. Jr.,
and is survived by her son, David of Alliance, Ohio; daughters, Mrs. Gene (Donna)
Zepnak of Westminister, Calif., and Mrs. Raymond (Nadine) Haines of San Clemente, Calif.;
15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial was conducted at St. Barbara Catholic Church.
Interment was at the Westminister Memorial Park Cemetery.

Her son, Louis Ted Becker, Jr., was born in Akron, Summit County, Ohio on 7 Feb 1928. He married Marian Kay Bauman on 15 Jun 1948 in Summit County, Ohio. Her parents were Balzar Bauman and Elizabeth Bauman. She was born on 30 May 1948 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Louis Ted Becker, Jr. and Marian Katherine Bauman Becker had four sons: Knute, Hans, Eric, and Edward and one daughter: Heidi. Knute Edward Becker and his wife, Rosalind Alexander Becker, had a daughter: Natalie Rose Becker, who died at two months old. She is Memorial # 166860023.

The widow of Louis Ted Becker, Jr., Marian Katerine Bauman Becker, married Victor Patsy DiFeo on 19 Aug 1968 in Summit County, Ohio. His parents were Alfonso DiFeo and Palmina Maria Navarro DiFeo.

It was also the second marriage for Victor. He was divorced from Eleanor Mae Calabria DiFeo. They had a son, Charles Eugene DiFeo.
