Doris Joanne Frame, age 86, left to be with Christ on March 15, 2020 in Carrollton, Texas. She was born on April 26, 1933 in Dallas, Texas to Arthur and Lena Williams. Joanne spent her childhood in California, Oregon, and Texas. She married Glen Malcom Frame in 1949 and the couple had three children. She was primarily a homemaker and stay-at-home mom when her children were young but obtained her cosmetology license and for a time owned and operated her own beauty shop. As her children got older, she was employed by Fischbach and Moore as an electronic technician working on government contracts. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, cruises, and just being with friends and playing cards. Her family and friends will always remember her as a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Arthur and Lena Williams; her husband, Glen Frame; her sister, Wilma Stinson; her son, Wayne Frame; and one granddaughter, Michelle Thomas. She is survived by daughters Linda Irby of Rowlett, Texas; Jan and husband Jerry Minx of Rowlett, Texas; daughter-in-law Bonnie Frame of Forney, Texas; sister and brother-in-law Colleen and RB and Freeman of White House, Texas; grandchildren Kim Bryant, Karrie Williams, Kyle Minx, Christy Phelps, and Kelli Dishinger; 19 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
