Death occurs at Allendale: Aged resident of that place passes away Wednesday.
J.C. Brunner, 77 years of age, long one of the leading citizens of Allendale, died there Wednesday morning at 3 o'clock.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Christian church in charge of W.W. Weedon.
The deceased is survived by the following children: H.A. Bruner of Urbana; Fred Brunner of While Hall, Mont; Mrs. Lulu Shepard, of Vincennes; and Mrs Della Wilkinson of Carlyle Ind. He was a brother of the late Mrs. J.R. Parkinson of this city.
