Bobbie E. Liveoak Sr. passed away on January 28, 2015 in El Dorado Springs. He was 77. Bobbie was born September 25, 1937 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He leaves his wife Beverly Liveoak of 55 years. Bobbie Liveoak married Beverly Marchant on September 25, 1959 when Bobbie was 22 and Beverly was 16.

Bobbie E. Liveoak Sr. was the son of Fredrick Columbus Liveoak and Lillian Liveoak, and the older brother of Leona Liveoak Marchant, who predeceased him.

Bobbie E. Liveoak Sr. joined the USAF in 1955 and spent most of his tour in Japan. Bobbie spent most of his working life as a mechanic in Yosemite National Park, also in Lake Mead in Las Vegas, NV and Owhyee, NV. and retiring in 1984 at Pomme de Terre Lake near Hermitage, MO.

After retiring Bobbie and wife Beverly traveled and became park attendance at 3 separate campgrounds in Arkansas. Bobbie loved to fish, and creating woodcrafts, fishing mostly with his fishing buddy, Hank Wimbs, who passed away years before.

Bobbie E. Liveoak and Beverly Liveoak had 5 children, Bobbie E. Liveoak Jr. of Bolivar MO., Tamara J. Liveoak of Springfield, MO., David Q. Liveoak of Neosho, MO. , Gordon C. Liveoak of El Dorado Springs, MO., Susan M. Johnson Liveoak of Little Rock, AR. Bobbie leaves behind 14 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
