Dorene was born February 01,1921, to Benjamin W Reynolds & Ruth Reynolds.
She married Noel Nicholas Brooks in Haskell County, Haskell, TX, on February 8, 1943.
They lived for many years in Haskell, and raised their children there.
She lived her last years in Stamford, TX.

8. Dorothy Kay (Brooks), married to Wayne Taylor, one girl Brittany

She dearly loved her grandchildren and is missed by them.

Ruth Dorene Brooks
STAMFORD -- Ruth Dorene Brooks, 77, died Friday at a local hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Kinney Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Brigham officiating. Burial will be in Willow Cemetery in Haskell.

Mrs. Brooks was born in Cameron and moved to Stamford from Haskell in 1966. She married Noel Nicholas Brooks in 1943 in Rochester; he preceded her in death.

Survivors include five sons, Earnest Brooks and Roy Brooks, both of Abilene, James Brooks of Hearne and Audie Brooks and Kenneth Brooks, both of Stamford; three daughters, Jonell Bridges of Stamford, Reta Allcock of Abilene and Dorothy Taylor of Bridgeport; four brothers, Alvie Reynolds of Odessa, John Reynolds of Graham, Jim Reynolds of Corsicana and Charles Reynolds of Bridgeport; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
