GRAPELAND - Services for Alpha Lee "Dick" Shipper, 93, Grapeland, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home, Palestine, with the Rev. Dewayne Mills officiating.
Burial will be in Muse Cemetery.
Mr. Shipper died Aug. 4, 2007, in a Palestine hospital.
He was born Jan. 20, 1914, in Grapeland to Robert Lee and Birtie Mae Prater Shipper.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews, Gary McCoy, Randy McCoy, Scott Prater, Mike Prater, Charles Wayne London and Dustin London.
