Mrs. Abram K. Burgess
Mrs. Mary Rice Burgess, seventy-five years of age, wife of Abram K. Burgess, died at her home near Summit lake Thursday afternoon. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Winnie McCall of Brooklyn; two sons, Schuyler Burgess of Richmond, Va., and Porter Burgess of Argyle; six grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Julia Kilmer of Cossayuna lake, and one brother, John Rice of Argyle. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon from the home with Rev. F. W. Crosbie, assisted by Rev. C.W. Hamilton, officiating. Interment was in Prospect Hill cemetery.
