As a young boy Mr. Caldwell discovered his talent for playing the guitar. He would play on early morning radio shows while still in school and his love of music would remain with him for years to come. He was a Merchant Marine before serving in the Air Force during the Korean War as a logistics clerk in Alaska. After his stint in the military, he eventually went on to work for Ken Stanton Music for 18 years. He then went on to work for Lockheed calibrating critical equipment on the flight line.
The family will receive friends Monday, November 25 from 11am to 1pm. Funeral services will be held in White Columns Chapel at 1pm with Rev. Susan Allen-Grady officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
