Genevieve "Jennie, age 82, lived a long and happy life, married to the love her life, Gilbert M. Sandoval for 63 years. Together they raised four children, Gilbert M. Sandoval Jr., (Cristina), Juanita D. Revak (Michael), Camilla A. Lance (Patrick) and Monica M. Tolleson (Christopher). Jennie was blessed with eight grandchildren, Katheran, Gilbert III (Christina), Andrea (Brandon), Bernardita, Amelia, Allayna, Michael and Wayne, seven great-grandchildren, Andrew. Marcus, Colton, Annalysia, Wyatt, Alaura and Mackenzie and the son of her heart, Anthony A. Sánchez (Ivy). Her family and faith are what she lived for.
Jennie was born on June 29, 1937 in Waldo, NM to Filomeno and Bernardita Aguilar, the 9th child of 10 and she was raised in Bernalillo, NM.
After her marriage she moved to Jemez Springs where she lived for the rest of her life. Jennie served her community as a council member and mayor and she was a devout member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church where she served as the Parish Counsel Secretary and as a member of the choir.
Jennie was preceded in death by her parents, brother and sisters, Hipolito, Marianita, Rita and her husband, Ernie, Amalia, Cayetano and his wife, Barbara, Edward, Leroy and Raymond and his wife, Sylvia, in-laws, Moises and María Sandoval, whom she loved and numerous family members.
Jennie is survived by her sole surviving brother, Filemon Aguilar (Alice) and several nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.
