Ichabod Badgley was the son of George Anthony and Charity (Noe) Badgley, Jr. He was the 1st husband of Sarah (Hathaway) Badgley Case. They were married Morristown, New Jersey April 18, 1781. Ichabod was a veteran of the Revolutionary War. He served in Captain Josiah Hall's Company, New Jersey Regiment. He died of smallpox.
