Raymond Ray Brock, age 92 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Monday, March 30, 2020. He retired from Interstate System, where he was employed as a truck driver for 42 years. Raymond then worked for Tipp City Schools as a Bus Driver for over 14 years. He also served as Deacon, Elder, and taught Sunday School at Northmont Community Church, which is now known as Fairhaven Church, Northmont Campus. He frequently visited hospitals to instill the word of God into the hearts of patients. He is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law Velma Welton, Joyce and Oscar White, Tom Downs, and David Downs, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents; Irene (Miller) and Rueben Brock, loving wife of 60 years; Virginia Jean (Downs) Brock, 2 brothers and 6 sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood) with Pastor John Decker officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park (8135 N. Dixie Dr, Dayton).
